Helping you develop healthy coping skills and practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from North Carolina Central University, where I graduated magna cum laude and served two years as president of the Phi Alpha National Social Work Honor Society.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the honor of serving children, adolescents, and adults across North Carolina. My approach integrates person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe in helping clients build resilience and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges—with compassion, intention, and faith. My faith has brought me through life’s journeys, that same faith has kept me grounded because I know “Where My Help Comes From”. My specialties include working with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-harm, conflict in relationships, and LGBTQIA+ identity concerns.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time with family and friends, cooking, shopping, and traveling. I’m also passionate about holistic living and staying grounded through faith, which has been a guiding force throughout my personal and professional journey.
