Certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and trained in trauma-informed care, Reketta brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to leadership, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and supported. Her commitment to cultivating healthier workplaces and lives drives her mission to help others thrive both personally and professionally.

Reketta obtained her masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. With over 16 years of experience in mental health and youth development, Reketta is committed to expanding access to culturally responsive, trauma-informed services for children, families, and women. Reketta’s work focuses on building sustainable programs that strengthen communities and promote long term wellness.
