A compassionate therapist who empowers clients through trauma-informed, person-centered care.

I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Associate) with three years of experience in the field of therapy. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University. I have built a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient care through my academic background and hands-on experience.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have effectively worked with diverse populations, including children and adults, addressing complex issues such as PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and anxiety or depression. Notably, I have successfully employed CBT to address and mitigate suicidal or homicidal ideation in my clients.

My therapeutic approach is characterized by empathy and compassion. I focus on meeting clients where they are, empowering them, fostering resilience, and promoting personal growth. I am committed to continuous professional development, actively participating in workshops, obtaining certifications, and pursuing advanced training to enhance my practice.

Driven by a commitment to making a meaningful impact, I strive to support individuals facing stagnation due to life’s challenges, helping them progress towards mental wellness. I am dedicated to advancing therapeutic practices and advocating for mental health awareness.
